The Journey - What to Expect

A clear, safe, supportive arc from preparation to integration.

Before the Journey

  • Personalized consultation
  • Health and medication review
  • Pre‑recorded psychosomatic practices
  • Shamanic preparation journeys to recruit spiritual allies
  • Clear logistical and dietary instructions

You’ll know exactly what to expect before you arrive.

During the Journey

Your journey takes place in a private, carefully held setting designed for comfort and safety.

  • One-on-one experience
  • Continuous facilitator presence
  • Compassionate emotional support
  • Traditional elements woven with therapeutic grounding

Ceremonies last 4–6 hours. You will never be alone or unsupported.

After the Journey

Many participants experience resolution and harmony after their ceremony and do not require integration.
However, I support those who need help integrating difficult or incomplete journeys—whether from my space or others.

If needed, integration includes:

  • Integration sessions
  • Emotional processing support
  • Practices to ground insights
  • Guidance for new awareness

This is not a single day. It is a complete arc of healing and transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you feel informed, safe, and confident.

General

Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine known for supporting emotional insight, trauma release, and deep personal transformation. It is used here strictly for personal reflection, emotional exploration, and spiritual growth.

Ayahuasca exists in a complex legal landscape. I operate privately in British Columbia, Québec, and Tallinn, Estonia with full respect for local regulations. No medical claims are made, and participation is voluntary for personal and spiritual insight.

If you’re seeking emotional clarity, healing, connection, or a fresh perspective on your life, this journey may be a good fit. A screening call ensures safety and alignment.

No. Most participants are completely new to ayahuasca or altered‑state work.

PREPARATION

You’ll receive guidance, pre‑recorded psychosomatic practices, and shamanic preparation journeys to help prepare emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Yes. You will receive a simple, clear dieta to follow for your safety and comfort.

Some medications are contraindicated with ayahuasca. We will review all medications during your intake.

DURING THE EXPERIENCE

You will never be left alone. I remain present throughout the entire ceremony to guide you, support you, and ensure your safety.

Proper preparation combined with a carefully held setting designed for comfort and safety results in grounded, manageable journeys.

Sensations vary by person. Some experience emotional release, warmth, energy shifts, or purging. All of this is normal and supported.

No. All journeys are private, one‑on‑one experiences.

AFTER THE EXPERIENCE

Integration is the process of applying insights into your daily life. Integration is comparable to the body's digestive process - utilizing the beneficial aspects while eliminating that which does not serve us.

Many clients feel complete after their ceremony, but integration support is available if needed.

Emotional clarity and shifts often continue unfolding for weeks or months.

Additional integration sessions can be arranged at any time.
